Supplying a wide range of quality products, you will be representing a genuine market leader that is highly regarded and widely used across Australia.
  
The position
Reporting to the General Manager, this person will work in the Product Management & Marketing Department and will lead the Motor Control & Cooling product team.

Duties include:
  • Lead the Motor Control & Cooling Product Management business, with the product team.
  • Help to develop and achieve the budgets & plans of the Motor Control & Cooling business, across the different sales channels.
  • Develop the strategy of the Motor Control & Cooling product business, in collaboration with relevant Sales & Marketing stakeholders.
  • Build key relationships with Vendor partners, to support the product managers with stronger engagement.
  • Help create a high-performing team culture, through goal settings and business cadence.
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans and coordinate with the marketing team for delivery.
  • Discovering and sourcing new product opportunities, aligned with the business strategy
  • Developing and driving internal and external product training.

Skills & experience required: 
  • Motor Control & Cooling knowledge is essential.
  • Experience in a Product Manager role is also essential.
  • Leadership experience is preferred. Or must have strong commercial background to lead a product business unit.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
