When it comes to recruitment, they’re very specific within engineering and technical roles. A lot of companies are broad-base, these guys are more specific. Their ability to supply on the brief. Literally they’re fantastic, you give them the brief, you give them what you’re looking for, and they’ll deliver on that. If they’re not 100% sure, they will come back to you. They won’t give you a candidate unless it’s on brief. It’s time saving, I don’t want to be delving through endless resumes. Every candidate they’ve put forward has been a quality candidate and we’ve employed a number of them.
